Being a coach means knowing where each player belongs

 

In football, every player has different qualities, and finding the position where they can contribute most is part of the coach’s job.

A player may have a favourite position, but sometimes playing somewhere else helps the team — and helps the player learn and improve.

It’s good to ask questions and share opinions. But ultimately, the coach makes the decision, and the player competes, learns and gives everything for the team.

Because football is not about playing where you want, but about finding where you can be most useful to the team.
